Authors Guidelines
To ensure fair review and avoid conflicts of interest, no changes to the list of authors are allowed after a paper is submitted, including during review, revision, or final publication. Author changes are only permitted before the submission deadline. For a paper to be published in the IEEE MICC2025 Conference Proceedings and eligible for IEEE Xplore®, at least one author must register at the full rate (member or non-member) and present the paper at the conference. If necessary, a substitute presenter may be allowed with prior approval from the TPC Chair, provided they are qualified to present and answer questions. Registration fees are non-refundable and must be paid before uploading the final camera-ready paper. All accepted and presented papers will be included in the conference proceedings and submitted to IEEE Xplore® and other indexing databases. Submissions will go through a blind peer review to ensure a fair and rigorous evaluation process.
Initial Submission Guidelines
Paper submission process will be managed by EDAS: https://edas.info/N33624
Papers should be a maximum of six (6) pages including figures, tables, references and appendices. Use the standard IEEE Transactions templates for Microsoft Word or LaTeX format. Visit: IEEE – Manuscript Templates for Conference Proceedings
Camera Ready Submission
The following information is provided to help you with the preparation and submission of the final camera ready paper before it can be published in MICC2025 symposium proceedings.
In order for your paper to be successfully included in MICC2025 symposium proceedings, it is required that you strictly follow the following instructions:
Step 1. Your final paper has to follow the Full Paper Template. The length of final paper should be no more than 6 pages in A4 size, including figures, tables and references.
Step 2. Your final paper must be converted to PDF format using http://www.pdf-express.org/ using 66164X as the conference ID.
Step 3. Upon conversion, please upload the PDF file to: https://edas.info/N33624
Step 4. You are also required to sign and complete the IEEE Electronic Copyright Transfer Form (eCF). To do so, choose ‘My Papers’ tab in EDAS system and click the ‘Copyright’ column of your paper. Please note that failure to follow the above instructions may result in your paper to be excluded from the symposium proceeding.
Detailed instructions for accessing and using the PDF eXpress site are:
Before Creating a PDF
- Copyright notice will be stamped to the bottom of the first page of the final submission by the organizers based on the copyright information collected in EDAS via the IEEE eCopyright web site. So, you are not expected to add it. Remove/inactivate the pre-filled copyright line from the paper template if it exists there.
- Proofread your source document thoroughly to confirm that it will require no revision.
Creating your PDF eXpress Account
- Log in to the IEEE PDF eXpress site at https://www.pdf-express.org/.
First-time users should do the following:

If you do not find an answer in the Find Answers tab, go to the “Ask A Question” tab. Your question will be forwarded to IEEE PDF Support and answered within 3 business days.
If the PDF submitted passed the PDF Check, or you are satisfied with your IEEE PDF eXpress-converted PDF:
Submit your IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF to this MICC 2025 conference website as you normally would through EDAS at https://edas.info/N33624.
